He then filled up my Freon at a very reasonable price and didn't even request payment. After discussing it he gave me a very very competitive estimate on replacing my whole Heat pump and AC unit. He told me the original unit was undersized and i needed to go with a 3 ton unit for 1800sq/ft. We finished off 400 square feet after we bought the house and i never thought of that. He also found out that one of our two intake ducts had a shutoff in it. !!!!NOT TO CODE!!!!! it hadn't been pulling any air for 10 years. We agreed to replace. He then left and ordered the unit. Schedule install date Long story short. They went above and beyond all expectations. The work done was amazing. They showed up when they said they would and went far above what i would've even expected. They cleaned up every mess plus some existing. I felt like their only customer. I've since then sent him personally to a couple places where in turn they have repaired/replaced heat pumps. Both places they went gave me the same feedback.. I give them an A++. I'm not mentioning the cost of service because people need to check themselves but i promise you will be satisfied. my service was done last year but i just saw him on Angies list while i was looking for a roofer.
