Description of Work: Max looked at some old, useless, shelves that were on either side of the fireplace in our family room, & helped us plan & visualize a shelving/cabinets construction that was very functional for our needs as well as attractively complementing the fireplace mantel. The price was very fair. He was very careful with measurements, & flexible with change requests as the project progressed. He put up w/ 4 kids, & a new rescue dog. He was very flexible with trying to work w/ our schedule - he was unflappable. He was able to solve some electrical issues we had with trying to make our entertainment equipment hidden in the cabinet, so we did not have to call an electrician. The cabinets/shelves look like they were original to the house. We had a painter already coming so it was agreed he would not paint & I believe that suited him fine. He also helped replicate a platter rack that is in our laundry room & made new ones in the stairwell to our basement. Ingenious use of space! He completed some small house maintenance/handyman projects very satisfactorily, as well. We will call on Max again.

+ 1 moreAfter I gave him a call and explained what I needed he made a appointment to come by the next day, He told us how much material he needed and the time it would take to complete the job ,next day he called to give us the total cost and when he could start. ( he started and finished in the time he gave us.) He show great pride in his work and we were well pleased. We plain on enlisting him on other projects we are planning.
Description of Work: Put crown molding in three rooms, stair well ( 20' from high) and hall.
