James was excellent at explaining the issues with my outdated plumbing design and quickly replaced old, worn-out cast iron drains. He took cost into consideration for three different possible solutions and had me choose between them.

The business owner came and was very courteous to all of my (biracial) family members. Explained the problem in detail and what the options were. Didn't charge to come look at it. Gave me a fair, all in, price for each stage of repair so I knew exactly how much I'd be spending before touching a thing. Never made me feel like I was wasting his time. Great service- we'll be using them in future for a bath upgrade project.

Really great plumber, very knowledgeable and efficient

The guy that came out check what needed to be done and gave me an estimate of the cost. He came back two days later and did an excellent job. He was very professional and I would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

The estimate given by company in home advisors was spot on. Called me within the hour to schedule a better appointment time. Quick, free estimate when they came out promptly- the same day. Professional appearance, attitude and work. Everything works as intended!

My clean out trap was leaking. James inspected it along with laundry room which shares a wall. He explained what he thought was the issue and provided a quote before starting work. No more leak!

He was wonderful to work with but had to come out a few times to correct issues from the repair job. The first time I called him back I smell gas fumes and he came out at 12:30 am to make sure everything was okay and fix the issue.

Our commode now has so many deep, unsightly scratches and marks on the porcelain caused by the plumber snaking a toilet. I'm not happy about it. Couldn't it have been done without causing damage?
