Michael and his team are the best in Greensboro hands down. They are prompt, quick to reply and they get the job done. Iâ m so grateful that I found them, they are my go-to whenever I have issues with my ac unit. Been using them for over a year and wonâ t use anyone else. Michael was very professional and communicated so very well with me. He showed up EARLY for the appointment and fixed our issue quickly. He even showed my husband and I what to do for future issues we may have just in case we wanted to try and do it ourselves to save a little money (although we will definitely be calling him). I called Empire when my HVAC stopped working on a Saturday. Although he already had a busy day scheduled, Michael immediately and graciously agreed to stop by as quickly as he could and try to fix the problem. He arrived sooner than I had expected, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the faulty resistor. Both he and the gentleman helping were very courteous and professional. As well, the repair was performed very efficiently with a much lower cost than I anticipated. I would highly recommend Empire Heating and Air and will most definitely call them again should the need arise. They were fantastic in every sense!

Quick response, Same day service. Empire was the only ones willing to make and keep an appointment for the same day as the service call. The service technician was very knowledgeable, was able to diagnose the issue quickly and had the tools to repair the issue on the spot. And he stuck around to ensure the fix worked before leaving. Much appreciated!
