CURTIS KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING and did not waste time. Did a good job.

Way above expectations. Empire does what others claim. They came on Sunday, diagnosed the issue with the oil furnace, got the part Monday morning and had the problem fixed that morning asking with doing some performance improvement for no additional charge. The cost was quite a bit less than I expected. They are now my absolute go-to HVAC company.

Empire heating was the only company that even called or expressed interest. Your other companies didn't even call or leave any messages. Not impressed with your service.

The guy I worked with was amazing he knew what he was doing and got the job done.

Michael has superb skills. Curtis was puncual and awesome. Y'all got my business as long as I live here.

HVAC repairs are always expensive. I got into a rush finding someone cause I was desperate. However, I do believe the prices were fair.

They came out the afternoon I called. My unit is very old but they were able to find a part. The part had to be overnighted. They are to be out today to install the new part. This has been a very positive experience and I do not expect this afternoon to be anything but that as well.

Found Empire on Angie s List, they were great. Very professional, prompt, & knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced, their service fee to come out is less than Eanes, Webb, & John s. Will be using Empire again!

It seemed a little pricey, however, the technician made several repairs as well as servicing the ac unit. He was on-site at least two hours. Overall would recommend it.
