Description of Work: I needed parts of the shower cartridge replaced. |Plumber showed up to an a half hours late, but in his defense he did call 2 minutes before he was supposed to be here. |I watched him struggle through the entire job. The valve he was working on was discontinued two years ago and is made by Delta they have used it for a decade... There was no reason for him to not know how to disassemble it. |He broke my shower head completely off the arm, but not before she scratched it with his wrench trying to tighten it. |He told me that he will replace it with the same one, but for now he will temporarily give me whatever he's got on his truck. Dozen of calls and two months later my shower head is still not replaced. |It's a $200 shower head which is exactly how much I paid him for the job... So basically I am $400 in the hole to this obviously dishonest, sloppy, reckless and inconsiderate, as well as unpunctional plumber

+ -1 moreOn Monday, 3/21/2011, Serviceman came at 9 AM & looked at sink. Took my check for $60. Told me that he had to talk to owner. Came back & told me that I had to have a "Clean-out Trap" installed before he could unclog sink. I asked how much. He told me that his boss (Eaton) would call me back. I called several times during the day & left Voice messages. No one called until next day. I told whoever called that I would get some one else. Vortex Drain Cleaning service came today (Wed) unplugged sink via roof vent using motorized snake - no Cleaning Trap required!
