They were very quick in responding and came within 24 hours. The man was super talented and experienced. He knew the solution right away and had the parts on his truck. He also explained the problem. I would highly recommend this outfit to everyone.

Called at 4:30 and Tommy was at my house in 45 minutes. He diagnosed the problem (bad starter on the condenser) and replaced the part in less than 30 minutes. Tommy was friendly, explained what happened and what he did to fix the problem. Best repair experience I've had in a long time. I'll definitely use him for work in the future if I have any other problems.

I contacted Tommy and explained what issue I was having and over the phone he told me he could fix this issue. Sure enough when he showed up he fixed the problem and my ice maker no longer melts ice works better than it did new since I've had the problem since I bought it new.
Description of Work: I have a whirlpool refrigerator side by side. Couldn't figure out why ice maker would let ice melt and freeze up and stop working.
