 + -1 moreMy Dishwasher need to be reset as the panel lights were blinking. I sent Scott the Make/model so he would have the information when we spoke. He immediately emailed me the reset information in case that was all it needed. That was it. It now works. Scott says it could reoccur again and if so to give him a call. Most of the appliance service providers I know in the area would have come out themselves and reset the dishwasher for a fee of at least $85.00 + labor. Scott didn't do that. It was a simple reset and he gave me all the information needed without a fee. That says a lot about the man's character and his commitment to his customers.

 + -1 moreI called lm to call,he called me back within 24 hrs we set up a appt within the week.He called before he came out and was a time...look @ dishwasher fixed problem,was on his way.I thought great service was dead! WOW I would use him again and would recommend to all my friends

 + -1 moreI called at closing time with a message that my refrigerator was not cooling anymore. By noon the next day Scott Gentry had gottten more details of the problem and was here to fix it. He was clean, quick and thorough. Scott identified the broken part immediately, got a new one from his van, and within 30 minutes my refrigerator was fixed and back together. It is now working beautifully! His service call and the part together came to only $115.00. When I have had appliances fixed in the past, it was much more than that. I was very impressed with his quick response, ability to identify the problem and fix it so quickly, as well as the entire experience with his handling of my problem.
Description of Work: My refrigerator had stopped cooling and the temperature in both freezer and refrigerated sections were up to room temperature. The coils in the back of the freezer had frozen up with ice and frost. My son had pulled it out and melted the ice with a hair dryer. After a few days, the frost had built up again quite heavily. That is what Scott Gentry found when he pulled off the panel in the back of the freezer. Scott immediately checked the heater which apparently melts the frost and keeps it from building up. The heater was bad, so he replaced it with a new one from his van.

 + -1 moreIt is not a large corporation or anything but is an individual business. He was punctual, reasonable, reliable and just very likable young man. It had to be several call backs on the ice-maker because it was a funny little thing that was happening to it and it was somebody who had come out to do it but couldn't fix the problem. Then he was recommended to me by a friend. I have no complaints whatsoever with him.
Description of Work: I had my appliance repaired by Scott Gentry Appliance. He repaired my ice-maker and my microwave oven.
