 + -1 moreRosin Plumbing was highly professional and knowledgeable about the plumbing problems that existed on the hot water heater. Within 5 minutes of entering the property, he diagnosed the problems with the house plumbing. This is in comparison with another company that took 3 visits and multiple hours and could not properly identify the problems. His prices are good. After identifying the problem, he replaced the reducing valve, parts and labor included, for less than the quoted price of the part from another company. He also replaced the expansion tank on the hot water heater that was included under the home warranty policy. He was professional and efficient in all the repairs conducted, and the plumbing problems were corrected on the first visit.
Description of Work: Rosin Plumbing replaced the expansion tank on the hot water heater and pressure reducing valve on main water line.
