Description of Work: They get my email, they promised to get back to me. I never heard anything from them. I will never recommend this company to other members.

+ -1 moreWritten estimate was for 9 Jan. Same job now in eighth month & not finished. Plumcraft laid sidewalk (disaster - replaced twice) himself - did not subcontract to paving company as property manager said he would. Paid no attention to contract coding for "power washing" away of excrement. Did not get needed permits for subcontractors or self at times.
Description of Work: Repair of water pipe in private community. Shoddy sloppy work. Did not subcontract when he should have. Lied repeatedly RE quality of his work. Broke contract written provisions. Without permission or knowledge of multiple homeowners, used their water & electricity.

+ -1 moreWe have used them a number of times over the years and we have always been very pleased. They have fair prices and they seem honest about what needed to be done.
Description of Work: Hometown Plumbing went through the foundation, cut through a rotted pipe, add an additional sleeve around it to keep the roots from getting it.
