+ 5 moreWhen he reached the limit of what he can do and he will call licensed people and pay them out of his wage to do the rest of the work. He doesn't leave until he cleans up everything. He's honest!
Description of Work: He was able to get others trades and work with them and he was an excellent supervisor. He lays tile and put up cabinets, put in toilets, looked at electrical and plumbing stuff. They lays floors and repair floor and kitchen sinks and counters. (contracting)
