Highly recommended! Very professional. Our AC unit wasn't working and within an hour of calling for service, the problem was located and fixed.

Maybe a little more than I wanted to pay buy the team was on time (even early), on budget and were finished and cleaned up in no time.

Excellent service! Everyone else either no-showed, never called back with an estimate, or wouldn't come. These folks came out the next day to provide an estimate. They installed the systems we wanted the following week for less than any one else guesstimated it would cost. Definitely will use again and will recommend. They even had no problem using the Piedmont Electric financing.

Checked all ducts within the system for leaks and made necessary repairs.

I would highly recommend them for any and all HVAC services. Their prices are competitive, they are very punctual, and they have always been honest with us to keep costs at a bare minimum. I know nothing about HVAC, so they could've suggested buying a whole new system several times now and that's what I would've done. But every time, they find the problem, and they fix it for a low cost. Great, great company!

Overall the experience was very good. The serviceman was a little late, but that could have been due to the surrounding situation when the appointment was scheduled. The serviceman was very knowledgeable and courteous. He kept me informed of all he was doing. He was also willing to answer questions from myself and my wife. The entire service call lasted @30-45 minutes and the unit worked great after he left. The bill was high in my opinion because the Freon was extremely expensive ($30 a lb) and the labor was $85 for less than an hour of work.

Great - I would definitely call them again. They're very reliable, reasonably priced, quick to respond, pleasant and straightforward. They are in Rougemont but work all over the area (Chapel Hill, Hillsborough, Durham, etc.)

Response to my phone call was prompt, but it turned out that this company was not appropriate for my situation. They did refer me to someone who was a better match.

The hybrid unit operates as a heat pump until it reaches a certain temperature outside, then it starts heating with gas. Their price and the quality of their work really stood out to me. They're a reliable company. I also appreciate how they kept me informed throughout the whole process. I'll definitely be using them again and I recommend them to however is in need of their services.

They installed a high efficiency hybrid heat pump for our downstairs and a heat pump and coil for the upstairs. They also installed new programmable thermostats. Mr. Cothran worked with us to ensure the units we chose qualified for the tax rebate and answered all questions. He supplied all the necessary paperwork for the tax rebate and even went as far as registering our units with the manufacturer for us. He beat out the first quote I got by over $2K. Mr. Long did the installation with his crew. They were friendly, professional and well-organized. (Note: The downstairs unit came direct from the manufacturer (thus the 2 week wait) as it is a new 14 SEER Hybrid Heat unit designed specifically to qualify for the tax rebate.) We're extremely pleased.

Excellent work at an excellent price. Price was very good, people were very professional. Started work on time as scheduled. Had a huge crew doing the job and did the whole new central heat and air system (dual system, including installing new ducts where none existed before) in just over two days. Very responsive to questions and add ons during the estimate process. Left the house neat and clean. Have not had a single problem and highly recommend them. They came highly recommended to me and I can see why.
