+ -1 moreThey don't charge as much as other companies. We did have termites at one time, but with their help, we haven't had termites since. When I did have termites, they showed me the evidence, and detailed out their plan exactly. I was surprised to see that they put the termites right back so they would take the poison back to the nest and feed it to others.
Description of Work: They changed their program - they're not doing the in ground spikes. However, they come and check our existing ones to let us know if we have termites. If we do, they spray on the outside. They also spray inside the house if we need them to. We've been with them for 7 years.

+ -1 moreHe returned the next day to finish the work. He was a young guy. I don't think he was the owner of the service. Maybe it was just an misunderstanding on his part about what I was asking for with sealing the holes. He was very respectful and very personable. I'm hoping that the work that they did worked. I haven't had time to evaluate. I haven't seen any rodents yet. I may give this company.
Description of Work: He had to come twice. He needed to seal some holes in our garage. If there's a hole that means that something went through there. He came back the next day to do the work.

+ -1 moreThey guarentee that you will be rodent and pest free. When they do their quarterly inspections they check termite traps, knock down any spider webs outside, spray the house so spider webs won't stick, and they will service the inside with pet friendly products. The only downside is they don't always call and let me know when they are making their quarterly visit.

Description of Work: I use ValuePest for pest control. They were here at the beginning of the month. They come out quarterly and I’ve used them the last six or seven years. If I call them for a problem, they come for that but they usually come for termite protection.
