Unreliable and disrespectful company. After I scheduled the initial visit for an estimate, their office called me to reschedule to an earlier date because of a cancellation they had. I agreed, took the day off from work and .... nobody showed up. When I finally called them, I was given a lame explanation and an option to reschedule again to a date that was even later than the original appointment. Obviously, they have too much work, too many customers who are willing to put up with this kind of behavior and so, they simply don't care. If something like this is going on even before any work is done, just imagine what is in store for you when you actually hire them. Good luck!

We had a hard time finding anyone who knew what to do to fix the efflorescence on our chimney. They chimney guys would point at the roofers and the roofers would say it was a chimney problem. Matt came out to sweep the chimney and knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. He left the information with us about the warrantied products he uses, and we had him complete the repairs. The major repairs were completed in one day. We will use him again.
