T.L.C. Safe Watch

To learn how to operate it. ie. I don't know how to record, or to view the recordings. Other problems that I have is that the system does not recognizes my password. It also reacts when I start, stop or change volume. And I don't know where to go for help. Frank DeValdivielso

The business owner and associates were extremely professional and pleasant during the installation. They worked efficiently and effectively. The range of surveillance is greater than expected and surprisingly clear. Troubleshooting use is also a part of their continued support. I would recommend TLC to anyone looking to install surveillance cameras.

They are very professional, were able to work around any problems, were neat and cleaned up after themselves, and know their business well.

Overall, for the price of install, I would high recommend this company. They charge by the hour rather than by the camera. To me that cost less.

Richard and his crew were very polite and well organized. They all basically had tasks to perform, and it all tied in nicely at the end. We're so impressed with the cameras that we anticipate having them install a few more later on down the line.

Milk the job unprofessional and sloppiness and not good appearance. I spoke with the owner to try and right what was wrong and he act if I was in the wrong . NEVER AGAIN!!!

This Company is very professional in the conduct of their business. They are timely... both for the on site evaluation and on the installation. Their knowledge of the subject matter and equipment is exceptional. Their personal conduct and respect for personal property was greatly appreciated. Their work ethic is noteworthy... though they ran into some problems during the install, they took whatever time was necessary to ensure that the entire system was working correctly and that it met the desired needs of the install. I could go on and on... enough would be said by this... I will do buisness with them again and I highly recommend them.
