Thomasville Lawn And Garden

Bought a T540ixp from Thomasville Lawn and Garden at a great price. The staff are super helpful and friendly, especially Josh. Store is very nice and clean as well. Will definitely buy equipment from them again!

My husband took our zero turn mower that we purchased June 2015 to Thomasville Lawn and Garden on July 29th around lunch. He asked one of the guys working there if he knew what the problem could be and how long it would take. He was told by that guy and Partricia that he would need to speak with Keith about his repair. He asked that Keith call him back. By 4:30 on July 29th my husband had not heard from Keith so he called to talk with him to find out about his repair. Keith was not there and could not talk to him. My husband called at 8am on July 30th to talk to Keith and was told he was unloading a truck he would call him back. By 11am my husband still had not heard from Keith nor had any answers on what was wrong with his lawn mower and a timeframe on repairs. He called back and was told Keith was at lunch. My husband called back at 12:20 and again was told Keith was still at lunch. At this point I called did not tell them who I was but asked to speak to Keith, he came to the phone. I asked him if there was a reason he could not call my husband back to let us know when to expect our lawnmower to be repaired. He told me he did not answer the phone, he did not have to provide customer service it was the job of the people at the front to talk to customers. I explained that was fine but my husband was not getting any answers from the front other than being told to talk to you. He kept saying over and over again that I was wasting his time and did not have to provide us with customer service. I finally said I guess a better question to ask you would be "When can we expect the repairs on our lawn mower to be complete?" He finally goes to find our work order comes back to the phone literally yelling "LADY WHAT DO YOU EXPECT THIS WAS JUST BROUGHT IN YESTERDAY?" I told him I understood that but we just needed an answer that we were getting a timeframe and asked if he talked to all his customers like this. "NO I DO NOT BUT I AM TALKING TO YOU LIKE THIS!!!" My husband went and picked the lawn mower up and took it to another repair place as soon as my husband walked in the door the guy started yelling at him "WHAT THE H*** MAN? WHAT THE H***?" Our experience with this company was horrible neither my husband nor myself have ever been talked to the way this guy talked to us. My husband took the lawn mower to a company in Denton that does warranty work and he was there less than 30 minutes. The problems the dealer found were all problems that Thomasville Lawn and Garden neglected to have in running order when we purchased the lawn mower 2 months ago.
