My house has never had a driveway of any kind as long as I've owned it (20 years). My neighbors DO have an old asphalt driveway, on my side of the house, which encroached on my property by a few feet where the driveway meets the street. My neighbors were going to sell their house, and the boundary encroachment became a problem for my neighbors and any potential buyer. To resolve any boundary issues that might arise in the sale, I decided to install an asphalt driveway next to my neighbor's driveway, which would allow each side to have their own driveway and would resolve the encroachment issue. My neighbors thought this was a good idea and wanted to collaborate on the problem, and I called Chris, the owner of this company, to come out and do a quote. He came promptly within a day or two of when I first called. I originally thought my neighbors were going to repave their driveway, but they later decided just to seal it instead. Chris was very very good at working with us on the property line issue, and explaining how having the two driveways next to each other would work, and was very thorough in explaining any drainage issues and how to avoid water problems as much as possible. He came to perform the work within a few weeks of when we hired him. He had to wait until the weather was suitable for asphalt paving but gave me a few days' notice that he would be ready to start. He took down my shrubs that had to be removed to install the driveway (for an extra price, of course, which was reasonable), and did an excellent job on installing the asphalt driveway. My neighbors were also very pleased with the work he did on sealing their existing asphalt driveway. Chris either answers the phone when you call, or returns your call promptly if you leave a message. He keeps you informed of all developments and goes above and beyond to be prompt, courteous and reasonable. He explains everything he's doing and is an excellent trouble-shooter. I would highly recommend this company for installation of an asphalt driveway.

Description of Work: We had to move 1/2 of our driveway to the right and recover the whole driveway with asphalt. They teared down the old driveway, hauled away the rubble. Great price. Done in only 2 days. Other quotes were from $6500 to $7500. Very polite. Came next business day to give us a quote. Started within a week.
