+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY NICE TO ME. THEY TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT THEY WERE DOING BUT I DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT COMPUTERS. MY COMPUTER WORKED JUST FINE WHEN THEY WERE DONE WITH IT.
