I cannot say enough good things about Benito. I initially hired him to build a retaining wall to help solve the problem of standing water in my yard. After I got the estimate Benito came out again and said he didn’t think retaining wall would solve problem. After 2 more visits he said he thought the best way to solve problem was to install a French drain and put in a concrete patio. Benito did this while staying as close to my budget as materials would allow. I feel that Benito went above and beyond to solve my problem. French drain has helped tremendously and I no longer have a saturated area in my yard. I would recommend Benito as I think he is a very helpful, honest and genuine person.

Still waiting on staining so it is not complete. The wood must cure and the weather must cooperate.

I hired the provider to repair two screens on a screened porch. I provided measurements. The contractor made an assumption that screen he had on hand would be the right size and quoted me $640 for total job. Contractor came to my home with screen he had and removed one of my existing screens and then said what he had was not the correct size. I paid his workers $200 for coming out. He called and store and got a quote of $368 to get a roll of the screen that was the correct size. I called the store and paid for the screen and he picked it up. He then said it would be $640 to install the screen I already ordered and paid for in labor costs.

LV Solutions did a great job with replacing rotting areas of fascia boards on my house. Benito was great to work with, prompt with communication and he and his team did good work for a fair price. 5 star recommendation!

Helped me changing existing window to door, did flooring for my new sunroom, painted my kitchen ceiling and diverted my range hood vent. I can not ask for more. Done timely and professionally. LV Building Solutions was wonderful to work with. I live out of state and purchased a home in Winston Salem. I needed a solution to keeping water out of the basement; Benito went out to my property, proposed a solution, took pictures and sent his proposal with costs. We discussed and he got to work right away with his crew. His communication was excellent as he let me when he was on property, took pics and video of work and kept me updated. He also looked at few other items I needed taken care of and also suggested gutter covers as my gutters were full of leaves and clogged. I appreciated him going the extra mile and letting me know those needed taken care. Being out of state and home on a wooded lot he provided a solution for something that wasnâ t even on my radar, but needed to be. I will definitely hire him again! He even went back out to the property a week later when it had been raining to make sure problem was solved.
