+ -1 moreDiscussed my needs. Called and said he would get me a quote before the new year. His electrician called for appointment on Jan 21, 2014. Since I had received no quote or calls I had contracted with another to perform the work. Not reliable in my opinion.

+ -1 moreI didn't use him. I decided to do the work myself. I would say that his price was reasonable. But I could do it cheaper if I did it on my own. He seemed like a nice guy. His price depends on the materials that he buys and where he buys them from. Some products are seasonal. Hence his price might increase or decrease depending on the material and the discount he gets for it. His estimate will also include his charges and so I could do it for cheaper myself.
Description of Work: LifeBuilders gave me a quote for the interior work of the house, kind of remodeling about four months ago.
