It went HORRIBLE! Pablo Romero and Evolution Concrete installed a new concrete driveway for me back around May 2018. In August 2018 I noticed that my new driveway had a few long crack(s) in it. When Pablo came to look at the crack(s) he admitted it was because he didn't run a vertical saw cut in an area that needed it. He put the new saw cut in to prevent future cracks and said the solution to the existing crack was to patch it...and he assured me that it would blend in naturally after about a month. I expressed skepticism and so he then promised that if he was wrong and the patch job didn't do the trick he would gladly come out and remove the cracked section and re-pour new concrete. He then did the patch job toward the end of August. A month or so came and went and it still looked awful. Fast forward to November and I alerted Pablo to another crack that appeared in the same section of the driveway. This time I requested to go ahead and cut this section out and re-pour to make It right. But by now it was November and too cold to pour new concrete. He ASSURED me in November (and periodically throughout the winter) that once it warmed up he would fix it the right way by tearing out the bad section and re-pouring. I began following up with Pablo in March as the weather warmed up and I kept getting put off and put off. Now it’s August 2019 and I still have a driveway that looks awful because he attempted to poorly patch his work. And over the last few months Pablo has been ducking my calls and ignoring my voicemails and text messages. Sadly it has become clear to me that you don’t plan to stand by his work.
