Turns out it was all cosmetic.

They were there for two days. They worked all the time they were there digging and bringing the rocks and placing them in the ditch that they had to dig. The put the pipe and covered it with more rocks. Then I also had them to seal the walls and floor with the heave vinyl sealant. I did have some mud mess to clean up where they were in and out of the basement to get to the crawl space. Other than that, they cleaned up most of there mess. They were nice to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone with a problem of that kind.

They seemed to be knowledgeable about what they were doing. They had photographs to show of work they'd done and what other people had done. They came highly recommended by other people.

Went very well, they covered the crawl space with heavy plastic and sealed the edges. installed foam insulation on basement walls, installed floor drainage, filled in space between foundation and basement walls, including installed steel reinforcing beams on front of wall.

They were very prompt in providing an estimate and supporting information for the work. They arrived when they said, calling if they were running late at all. All the workers were polite and professional, completing the work within the time frame they said. Would definitely recommend them. Cleaned up the site as best they could after completion in the pouring rain.

they arrived on the date they stated but a little late. had misunderstanding with sales rep about what they were going to do, so he came by and we resolved the issue, but it cost more to complete what i wanted done. work was completed in 2 days, which was not a problem. Only time will tell if the work is satisfactory. So far I have had no problems and I believe the quality of work is excellent. Im not sure if what I had them do was overkill for what was needed and they wanted to do more(Blue Canyon). I elected to pass on that option. This is the second review I have filled out for Angies List, so I hope it is satisfactory for your needs. Please dont ask again about B-Dry....

They were in and out in two days, efficient, helpful, fast and did a great job! It is not cheap, but if it works as planned, it is worth it to solve the moisture problem that plague many homes!

Very well. Problem with follow after they first came out to fix the foundation, but upon further inspection found the broken columne, also decided that the A/C unit needed to be removed. Ther ewas a delay in getting the A/c company and gas company togeter, it took about 3 weeks to get things arranged. But once the problem (lack of follow up) was found, the company got right on scheduling and the foundation was repaired shortly after that. Price was verbally quoted at $1.000.00 perpiller, but was actually $1,200.00 per pillar. Crew was very professional and polite. They cleaned up. Would use again. The originall inspection, the person who came out was very honest and axctrually suggested an enginer come out d/t what he thought was going on was different then the other companies who came out and he was correct.

From the initial assessment / estimate everything was very professional. Everything that was going to be done was explained. Crew arrived Monday on time and proceeded to work. Everything was completed by late Weds afternoon with very thorough clean up.

The price quoted for the work was a maximum amount and if any money could be saved during construction it would reduce the quote. As it turned out, there was a savings of $314.00 from the original quote without any compromising of the work. Both the General Manager, who gave us the original quote, and the Project Foreman were very polite, courteous and spent considerable time answering all of our questions and concerns. Without any reservations, We would definitely hire this Company again.

Excellent service and would highly recommend. It is costly but you get what you pay for.

They were very professional and were able to solve the problem.

I had water in my basement when it rained really heavy and they were going to basically put in a draining system to take care of that for me. They were very good, but their quote was a little bit higher than the others, so I went with what I thought was the best for less. The place that we did select gave us a lifetime guarantee, so that's what I did. Nothing against them, but hopefully my basement problem is fixed and I won't need anybody again.

We have been very satisfied with their service and haven't seen any water since they finished. Also, their warranty continues even if we sell the house. Overall, I thought they were professional, clean, and can't even tell in our basement that they dug out the ground. I thought their pricing was comparable, but had very good rating and reviews.

I was really pleased with them. They did their job well. They were courteous, and on time.

We knew this would be expensive, but have had a mold problem, and knew that our wet basement was the source. The B-Dry company was highly recommended to us by our mold-remediation guy, and also by our insurance agent. They really were excellent from start to finish. Our house was built in 1917, and the basement presented many challenges to the foreman. He was great!!! During the trench-digging, he noticed a portion of a brick wall was wobbling, in the area that goes under our front porch to the old "coal room." He called in their engineer and supervisor and they discussed the plan of supporting this area, and now it is more than sufficient! Also, we asked about some old support poles that were added to the house, we don't know when. He and his supervisor took well over an hour investigating those, looking at the whole house to see if we had other issues looming. Thankfully this house is settled and ok. The foreman did point out one other area of previous termite damage and dry-rot near the crawl space, and suggested that we have a carpenter replace these boards. I give them an A+ !!!

The front end service was fine. But the finishing was terrible. They completely wrecked our planting beds in the front of the house. They claimed to have put everything back the way it was before they started but they didn't. They didn't refill the holes they dug.

This is a quality company. The service was excellent and we were very pleased. They were accurate and knowledgeable. The estimate was right on and there was nothing that we did not like about them. I am pleased to do business with them and I would recommend other people use them as well.

The new pump worked well, except water continued to follow my old drain into the old (now filled) sump hole, from which it leaked into the basement. I reported this to B-Dry and both the estimator and the work foreman came to view the problem. After some discussion they returned and installed a second sump pump in the area of the old sump hole, with no added charge, and the system is now working well. I felt that they fulfilled their promise to achieve a dry basement, and that they fixed an unexpected problem in a responsible way. I can recommend them without reservation.

On time, very professional, very hard workers, finished job when they said they would even though short-handed the second day.

THE CONSULTANT WHO CAME TO GIVE THE ESTIMATE WAS VERY GOOD ABOUT SITTING DOWN WITH US AND EXPLAINING WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. THE PERSON WHO CAME WITH THE WORKERS ALSO EXPLAINED THINGS TO US.

They did a great job and even came back to check on their work. The basement did have a leak and the supervisor looked at it and said it wouldn't happen again and it didn't. I like this company and would use them again.
