Description of Work: Installed a interior drain tile system inside the crawlspace which included a sump basin and pump. They also laid a vapor barrier. The sump pump keeps all water from getting in our basement.

Description of Work: Was here for estimate only which I thought was to high. I had payed through Angie's list on my credit card and it had already gone through and been payed. B-Dry never refunded money.

Description of Work: Installed steel beams/piers (6) to support foundation of house. Installed a French drain and drainage lines under the house and tan lines for water discharge away from the house - installed new sump pump and cover.

Description of Work: Not a big job - they installed three piers in our crawlspace to address a bit of settling that resulted from an error in the original construction of our house. Paul McCloud was the "sales" guy and the work crew was lead by Barry Fletcher. Both of them were professional and knowledgeable. Paul's initial analysis of our problem was more thorough than the other companies we considered. Barry and his crew were on time and worked efficiently and neatly. It will be some time before we know for sure that the problem has been solved, but I'm confident at this point.

They worked so hard to do a perfect job on one of the worst, muddiest conditions you could imagine, and it has worked perfectly ever since. Highly recommend this company. They are great!

Description of Work: I had a B-dry system placed in my office 20 years ago. The parts had stopped working and so they had replaced those and put in a new material that goes down the ground and helps protect against moisture.

Description of Work: My house was built in 1936 with a partial basement and VERY low crawl space. The basement probably leaked from the time the house was built. Whenever we had a heavy rain, water would flow an inch deep across the floor to the sump pump. I had tried a half-dozen strategies to stem the flow from outside the house, none of which worked. B-dry fixed the problem and guaranteed the work for the lifetime of the structure. The fix was not cheap but it was well worth the expense!

Description of Work: The work was done to our satisfaction. Even though they had one of the highest prices their work was exemplary and came with a limited warranty where many did not. We haven't had any extended periods of torrential rains yet but so far everything is holding up well.

Description of Work: This company has now done 4 separate projects in our 31 unit condo association. For each project we got multiple bids and their bid was always competitive. The nature of the work was installing drainage systems and sump pumps in the crawl spaces of the condos. One unit had a completely sealed crawl space system installed. They showed up promptly to do their work and kept at it until the job was finished. The quality of their work was excellent and the punch list on each occasion short. Anything that we wished addressed was promptly addressed to our satisfaction. I would recommend this company to others.
