Started off well. Seemed nice and reputable. Then went downhill. I told him exactly where to get trim molding and he refused to check there and wasted hours searching and got frustrated and his attitude reflected his frustration. I made one phone call to place I told him that had molding... Wow, they had it in stock!!! Sheetrock repair was average at best. I had to redo a big portion. I asked for estimates for portions of work and was asked to be patient but when he wanted payment, wasn't patient at all. Would not use him ever again. See attached pics of his finished sheetrock work.

We've been blessed to build a strong reputation serving customers since 2011 in the Lake Norman area. Our reputation for quality work, professionalism and punctuality speaks for itself with all the favorable recommendations on Angie's List and our website. You meet all kinds of people in business; and fortunately, it is rare to deal with a bully personality. The ratings and comments from this customer are fictitious and invented. We believe this customer is accustomed to churning and burning relationships with contractors which makes it hard to find anyone that wants to come back and do more work for you. The trim molding the customer is referring to was NOT part of the job order he hired me to do. It was for an additional job order that had not even been quoted yet. On my own personal time, and at no charge to the customer, I researched multiple places for the trim. The customer did not know where to get it and the trim molding in his home is unusually large and not commonly used. The customer told me Servpro Hickory had done demo and water remediation and was supposed to bid on more work but they told him they wouldn't be coming back. That was definitely a warning sign for me. This customer stood just a few feet away from me in some kind of supervisory power pose for days as I worked. It was odd behavior. All work was completed for the original job order to the customer's satisfaction as I always walk the job with my customer to make sure they are happy before asking to be paid. I also did some other touch ups NOT in the same area or job scope for FREE. In this case he held a spot light on my work and I touched up any minor issues (he said he was happy). When work was approved, the customer started hemming and hawing that he had to get with the insurance company to get paid first. I told him that was not what we agreed to and I would like to be paid now for the completed job order as stated in the signed agreement. He became angry that he couldn't stall and manipulate me and wrote a check. I chose not to work for this customer again and he retaliated with a negative review on Angie's List.

Keith has truly been a God-send. We live in a different part of the state from this home, and he keeps us informed daily of the progress, any issues that may come up, and manages all the other contractors needed for the job. We will definitely use this company in the future.
Description of Work: renovation and remodeling home built in 1967, including kitchen, baths, laundry room, and exterior updates. also tamed an overgrown yard and trimmed trees.

This customer must have us confused with someone else and we want to address this unfavorable remark/grade on our Angie's List record. We only met once and the customer said he would get plans drawn with an architect and get back to us but we never received any calls or plans. This was to be a addition project which the owner was going to be doing all the foundation and other work himself. He just wanted a framing quote from us but did not have plans from an architect yet for me to bid the work. This customer comment is listed under ceiling fans which doesn't make sense and shows a completion date but we never contracted to do any work for the customer.

Keith was professional in all our discussions. His prices were very reasonable. Everything looks great. We will call him again for our home remodeling and repair needs.
Description of Work: Repaired drywall, some carpentary and painted the rooms for us. He gave us a very good estimate before starting the work and the final amount was very close to what he had initially quoted. Through out the project, he maintained very good communication.

Keith was very professional and worked over the weekend to complete the job. We had a time constant because of tenant turnover. Keith was neat, punctual, and courteous.
Description of Work: Castle Renovations, LLC has painted town house, all wall surfaces, upstairs, and downstairs (1700 sq ft.).
