Overall, we found Tile and More is a high end contractor. Their typical jobs are 500K and up new homes. We felt very lucky to get them for our "little 40K reno project." We were impressed that they were always on time, conducted themselves professionally and took all the steps neccessary to insure that the job was done right the first time. We were extremely pleased and we give them an A+ rating and highly recommend this company.

Robert repaced the grout in our bathroom and charged us $500. Less than one year later we discovered a puddle in our basement directly under our shower. Upon inspection the insulation and subfloor were soaking wet and molded. The leak had in fact gotten worse. Robert denied all responsibility and would not even come look at the leak. We hired another tile company who discovered after ripping our entire shower out that the protective liner (or bladder) in our shower was never even sealed. Robert Gant has cost us a lot of time and money. His attitude can only be described as arrogant. I would tell others to stay far away from this company.
Description of Work: Robert Gant installed the tile when our home was built in 2007. In 2011 we discovered a leak in our shower. After two visits to our home, Mr. gant insisted it could not be from his work. Water had at this point seeped under our tile floor and had stained the grout lines and become moldy. We were told that all we could do was replace the grout.
