Located near Hickory, NC we serve all of western N.C. If you can bring it to us we can blast or paint it. If not we can come to you. We are 100% portable and also provide pick-up and delivery service for your convenience. By utilizing abrasives such as soda, plastic media, corn cobb, walnut shells and wet blast technology and other methods we are able to remove coatings from delicate materials such as wood, aluminum, plastic fiberglass and carbon fiber, auto body panels without causing damage to the base material. Some of the things we can clean include, but arent limited to: Single large objects High volumes of small parts Buildings Tanks Fleet trucks & cars Steel structures Historical restorations Lead paint abatement Pressure Cleaning We offer environmental fleet washing of trucks, heavy equipment, tanks, large industrial and commercial buildings, parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, apartments and houses. Using environmental fleet water recovery where 100% of wash water is recovered and disposed of at water treatment facilities. Our system is approved by NCDOW. Coatings Our coating services include primers, zinc, epoxies and urethanes and nonconductive coatings for electoral and hydro electrical components. We will paint to your specifications or recommend a paint system for your needs. We can test surface profiles and film thickness as well as monitor humidity and temperature. We offer 100% dustless blasting When dust is an issue we offer dustless blasting technology which is 100% dust free and can be used indoors.
