Description of Work: Prompt, courteous, didn't waste time and reasonably priced. Had to return the next day for a small leak but fixed it immediately and didn't charge for the return visit. I would recommend without reservation.

Description of Work: Unclogged three drains. Very thorough, very professional and clean. Arrived when they said and performed the task fairly quickly. I have used Minyard many times over the years after having tried others who always left me a little disappointed. They cost more but they actually show up when they say, on time and within a reasonable amount of time after called. They and don't leave a mess like other plumbers and they respect my time and home. They take the time to thoroughly explain what they are doing and how they will do it. You get what you pay for.

Description of Work: Repaired water leak, added overflow valve to hot water heater, replaced kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. They did a great, professional job in a timely manner from Amy & Mitzi in the office to Jeremiah the tech!

Description of Work: Came on time, did the work correctly the first time. All the workers were polite. They ordered and installed new parts. I have an old house, with old pluming parts.

Description of Work: Installed a sink water filter system the last time they were here. The first time we used them we had a pressure valve peplaced. The service person was very nice and professional, same man both times. We recently requested a quote to have new fixtures hooked up after having the counter top replaced. The girl I talked with wanted to book a four hour window which I could agree with, which would have cost quite a bit. They are a little pricey but are good at what they do and we will probably use them again.

Description of Work: Left message for return call. Never returned call. Called again and talked to to the owner who informed me that they had never installed the item in question. Made repeated attempts to E-mail information on proper install instructions with no success. Drove to facility and left instructions, diagrams,etc and was told I would get a call back. NO CALL!
