+ 1 moreI am very pleased with him. He is reliable. He does good work. I think his pricing is fair. I have use him multiple times.
Description of Work: I used Custom Professional Painting Services for power washing the outside of the house. They did vinyl siding and brick driveway pressure washing including a retaining wall. They also painted the inside and the outside. I have used them in the past also.

+ -1 morefrom start to finish was a pleasent experience was prompt gave estimate explained in detail what would be done and did exactly what he said he would do. Cleaned up after themselves crew was very respectful and curtious.was very pleased with the finished work.
Description of Work: pressure-washed and repainted exterior of home primed all raw wood explained in detail every aspect of job the owner was on the job himself big plus!! replaced some bad wood caulked all areas of home that needed caulking was pleasently surprised with all the prep work.colors were exact match to what i picked out painted all exterior of home. cleaned up after job was complete

pressure washing
+ -1 moreGave estimate and described crew that would be doing the work, said he would supervise the job, but I never saw him. The 2-man crew used the 'more/harder is better' method of pressure washing and some paint came off the trim, but they didn't seem to notice or care when I pointed it out to them. Picked up after themselves except for a few cigarette butts. Paid what was estimated, but didn't honor newspaper ad discount - said he already discounted the estimate price. House came completely clean, I just felt they were a little rough.
