Description of Work: Installed a set of low voltage lights along driveway, along steps, and under deck railings (with transformer and outside switch). Replaced security light. Replaced outlets. Replaced in-ceiling florescent light fixtures. He always came when he said he would. His work was good. And I think the price very fair for the work (price noted was for labor - I supplied parts).

+ -1 moreBlair Yount was prompt, and did all of the work as requested, as scheduled. I can't speak for the price, because I don't know what electricians make, but he did a lot of crawling in the attic and other places to get the wiring upgraded where needed. He also had to do some cabinetry to accommodate a different circuit breaker panel configuration, and added an outside connection to accommodate the new outside unit on the HVAC system and potential connection to outbuildings. He arranged for all the inspections, and came by to show us exactly what he had done, and made some suggestions/observations about other unrelated infrastructural things that he thought we might need to know about the house. He brought a guy from the Duke Energy to make sure they understood what is needed to restore power now that the work is done, including all follow-ups. Very friendly and helpful - threw in some additional work at no extra charge. He came with a good recommendation, and I'm passing it on!
Description of Work: Rewired kitchen, replaced breaker panel to accommodate service upgrade and additional appliances. Replaced all outlets and switches and added GPF outlets where required. Also wired new HVAC system installed by another contractor. He was there - he did it - didn't even need to ask.
