Excellent! We have used them twice now and are VERY pleased. Very responsive to phone calls, not a long wait for service, called before they arrived and arrived on time. The carpets look great. Very reasonable pricing. We needed cleaning because we have a teenage boy and 2 dogs. I would definitely call them again.

The tech arrived right on time. He had the very best equipment. He went right to work and was all business. I particularly liked the fact that, while he was not the owner of the company, he had a lot of pride in his work. The fact that he has been with this company for 10+ years says a lot about him and the company.

It went great. They cleaned all the carpet in my house. They were very good at what they did.

It was exceptional service. The carpets are very clean and fresh.

I was purchasing this house so the remediation was up to the seller. This is not necessarily who I would have chosen to do the work as the problem that caused the very wet conditions under the house, the soggy insulation and hence puddles on the vapor barrier were not addressed. Yes the mold was treated. but within just a month, everything was back to its original wet condition. What I thought a restoration company would do would be to address the root cause , fix the problem, and replace what had been damaged. Not the case.

They were outstanding. We live on a mountain and on the night that we had an ice storm, they tried to get up here that night but they couldn't get up until the next morning. They were very sympathetic. They were very professional and didn't balk at anything.
