In addition to listing and showing the house numerous times, Preston was instrumental in staging the house and helping with the little decisions that one often overlooks when selling a house. She was able to provide contact information for several contractors to do minor repairs and prep work for selling the house. I can't say enough good things about Preston's professionalism; and most importantly, her communication skills. She kept me informed and updated throughout the selling process. She returns phone calls better than anyone I've ever worked with on any type of project. I found that she understood the closing process better than the buyer's agent.
