We are a father and son team and use the best people and materials that we can find. We do not hire subcontractors because we do the work ourselves on-site to make sure they job is done right! we do contract price only. We will give a 10% discount for Angie's List members. we do not offer paving service or tank removal,pavers. We do the highest quality of work and services and do not take short cuts or bandaid fixes. "This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"Chad S from Lee's Painting came to our house after he reached out to us from Angi's list. He came up a two different quotes..for outside painting and caulking around the chimney $700..then he said he would sand and revarnish our inside ceiling for a total of around $2000. We agreed. He then told us he needed cash of $200 to purchase supplies..he followed us to our bank and even went inside, where we handed him $200 cash. He was supposed to return the following day but did not, instead, we received a call from him saying he was at Home Depot and needed more supplies than he thought and requested that we give Home Depot our credit card number to cover the additional supplies...our credit card was charged $155.24 on 2/6/25. He simply never came back to our home. He contacted us twice saying he couldn't come because of "daughter" issues, then another time due to problems at home. After he never showed up we asked for our money back, he texted me asking for my Venmo and said he would repay but never did. We have made several attempts to contact him but he will not respond, either by phone or text. Finally, just this morning 3/5/25 he answered his phone (I think because he did not know it was us)..we told him we wanted our money back..he just hung up! I now believe he is a scammer..it sure feels that way."
