 + -1 moreWent very well. Willie, the service agent, did a great job! Very efficient and thorough. Had to climb quite a distance through the trusses to get to the air handler in the attic. Answered all my question clearly. A big help.

 + -1 moreIt was a very positive experience with them and they came out the same day in August which is good. They were very professional and they knew exactly what the problem was quickly and had part available immediately and fixed it. Their price was comparable.

 + -1 morePrompt inspection visit (very good); estimate took 24 hours (could have been faster, but ok); installation was to be 1 or 2 days afterward (ok); installation was 2 days. However, I kept calling the company and getting voice mail w/o call-back, which was frustrating. Company said a/c unit shipped to them from factory but shipment could not be traced (which I found difficult to believe). Installation went fairly smooth, but job foreman was eager to get paid and depart as installation concluded. I thought installation foreman was same guy who sold the job 2 days earlier, but he said no, they were twins (?)
