Requested quote on 23 Aug, they sent a message 4 days later via Angie's List saying they would call the next day. I never heard from them again.

Brian was great when he came out to give me an estimate. Very professional and when he provided me with a written quote I was confident that he had a solid understanding if the work I needed done. When the insurance finally paid out and I tried to contact him to hire him for the job he was unreachable. I left voice mails, text and email and no response. After two and a half weeks with no response I hired someone else who came out the same week.

Mr. Russell was amazing. Professional, hard working, honest. His crew worked as hard as he did. Most amazing, his fee was $1500 less than his original proposal. We would recommend him to everyone and hire him again.

Brian and his team were the best. Before they began work, we requested multiple quotes for tree removal services and Brian came in the lowest of all and was also the friendliest and most professional of all of the other contractors. I asked for references and when I spoke to them, they all said Russels Tree Service were the best. They were right! Brian and his team did a fantastic job at removing the trees, leveling the land and even offered some great landscaping tips. They really went above and beyond what we expected and would be quick to hire them again or recommend them!

Russell's tree service was awesome! They showed up on time and finished in a timely manner. They were friendly and very professional!!! The tree i had trimmed and cut was HUGE it over hung my house a lot and just all around was just a very large and heavy tree. They did awesome! When they were done they cleaned up EVERYTHING!! I didn't have to rake or pick up anything!! I totally would use them again!!!!

Awesome! Mr. Russell and his crew were friendly, courteous, professional, and they did an amazing job. They took down a pecan tree which was close to our home and did it with careful precision. Stump was left at my request and they cleaned up the debris and hauled that sucker off. I would definitely hire again and recommend to others.

Brian was the epitome of a professional. Him and his team were amazing and efficient in all aspects, so much so my wife got them coffee and doughnuts because of the hardworking the were putting in. Brian's crew has my highest recommendation and in the event I have more trees I'll be sure to call them first!!!
