I called them for an estimate for replacing my deck (chose them because of their good rating on Angie's List). Initially, their professionalism and responsiveness was very good. I left a message and my call was returned within an hour, and I scheduled a time for them to come out for an estimate first thing in the morning before work. He was right on time, took measurements and information etc. for the estimate and said he would email me an estimate by the end of the week. When I got home from work on Friday there was a message left on my answering machine from their office saying "thank you for your interest but we are are booked through the fall" . I called back and left a message saying thanks for letting me know that and since I was not in a great hurry I would still like to have an estimate for the job. I never heard from them again.
Description of Work: Nothing was done. I never even received the estimate that they were supposed to do.

The deck looks great. They gave me a reasonable bid and I never paid anything more. He answers all of my questions within the same day.
