house cleaning
+ -1 moreVery time consuming trying to get in touch with owner because of no return calls.
Description of Work: Coupon stated 3hrs of cleaning for the discounted price on Groupon. Would not return phone calls in a timely manner. VERY difficult getting a time set up AND I was in no rush! When she arrived it was TWO who would be cleaning so that was not a 3hr time period, it was 1 1/2hr! The owner did not "dust", she used the feathers (which does nothing but blow around the dust until it settles back)! They left not even vacuuming and mopping the kitchen! They used a broom?! I keep my house picked up and fairly clean. There was no clutter, no messes to delay the actual cleaning. They were very quick and I did not get what I paid for!!!! Never use them! I would not have even paid $30 for what they did!

house cleaning
+ -1 morei called to schedule a cleaning 9 days in advance for my husband's birthday. I specifically asked for a confirmation call the day before or day of to confirm. I heard nothing and called twice to confirm this this morning (the day of actual cleaning). Finally I got a call back saying "probably around 1:00...but will call you or text you to confirm that for sure." I never heard anything as 1:00 came and went. At 1:45 I get a call saying they could come then. I had to run carpool so we agreed on 3:00. It's now after 4:00 and I've heard nothing even after multiple calls trying to see if I should expect them or not. I did get this email from the manager, Carole: "No phone signal. Solar flare? I am sorry. Things got so screwed up today. Can we come tomorrow Monday? Tues?Thank you,Carole." The lack of communication from Shop and Clean 123 is extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this company. I took a half day off of work to wait for them and didn't even get my house cleaned because they never showed up or called to say they definitely weren't coming.
Description of Work: I bought a Groupon for Shop and Clean 123 for $52.00 for $102.00 worth of cleaning.

+ -1 moreOn the coupon it stated you receive three hours of work, however they were in and out in 25 minutes.They said we normal get a better service if you paid full price for the service. I said thats why you use Groupon to try out the service. My husband pointed out all the stuff they missed when he got home, they didn't even clean out the hair in the bathroom drain's .I did get a refund after contacting Groupon. I would not recommend them to anybody.
Description of Work: I used them to clean my home, after seeing a coupon on Groupon.
