Gentry Service Group

I contacted Gentry for service and they responded quickly. The service tech found the problem and an additional safety issue that was created when another company installed my furnace last year. I was not able to meet the tech at my home, but he communicated the issues clearly and resolved all problems. This company is very easy to work with and I would absolutely use them again.

We have an annual service plan. This was covered under the service plan. It took about an hour. They left area very clean. The workers were very friendly.

Excellent job done for less than $300. Another provider quoted estimate to do same job of $850.

We have a contract with Gentry. We have used them for a long time. I would use them again. I would recommend them.

The most professional service company I have ever worked with! We were VERY pleasantly surprised it went so smooth, never a glitch. No hard sell, ALWAYS on time as promised and their office stayed in communication all along the way for tech appt, estimate appt and installation.

It went very well. I have been using them about 5 years. They have been excellent, always prompt and I have a service contract with them. They answer all my questions. They do what they say they are going to do. I have recommended them to others and they are pleased with them as well.

They were fine. They sold me a $530 maintenance package. They checked the heater and a/c and my generator. They found the battery and spark plug was dead on my generator and needed oil filter and oil.

Will came at the earliest part of the service window. He had to go in and out of the house multiple times between the condenser and air handler. He wore shoe coverings while he was in the house, which I appreciate. He found an issue with the unit, explained what it was and how it needed to be addressed. Then he fixed the issue.

The heat pump was fully installed and operational in about five hours which was faster than I expected. Gentry's installers were professional and efficient and the new system works very well. They also assisted me in programming the "Nest" thermostat that was provided. I had used Gentry service on my old system for 2.5 years and have always been favorably impressed with the people they send out, hence my decision to buy the new system from them. I didn't even bother to get additional estimates.

They were good. It was worth every penny. Gentry is great. One person came to do the work and it took him about an hour and a half to do everything. He was on time and I have not had any problems with my unit. He was nice, polite, and professional. He put on booties when he came in the house.

It's on a 2-year maintenance thing. The workers were very nice. One thing I like is before they come, they send a picture and the name of the service person who's coming. I think that's very nice and then I feel secure letting somebody into my house. It took one person to do the work in half an hour at the most. Everything was clean and nice.
