We called Bill in a panic because the cord on our roll-up broke and we could not move the curtain up or down. He asked the length of the loop and what material it was made of. He scheduled a visit for 10 am the next day and arrived on time. Bill quickly installed a new beaded plastic cord which works much better than the previous cord (which lasted only 6 months).

Bill did an amazing job! The house is so old that nothing is square. But somehow, Bill fitted the shutters so that they fit perfectly. He is very affordable and professional. We highly recommend Drapery Arts!

Bill is great. He goes totally by word of mouth. I would recommend him highly. He does custom window treatments residential and commercial. I am not sure about the price, but it's probably going to be 200 or 300 dollars. He can fix broken blinds and make them work. He is always reliable and he is very pleasant.
