Description of Work: Bob Balken Roofing was very helpful in evaluating and pricing options for installing sun tubes in my house. They were recommended as a leader for sun tubes in this area. I have not yet installed sun tubes, but will definitely call Bob Balken when I am ready to do so.

Description of Work: had some roof shingles blown off, plus wanted them to look around to ensure nothing else was wrong. Talking with them on the phone, after they had missed a date (due to rain), they were apologetic. They got me an appointment a few days later. Being responsive and returning calls, service, proffesionalism...will definitely use again if I have any problems.
