+ -1 moreFor something that may have been a quick fix for any other company, James & Ray spent well over an hour making sure all was right. It was essential extra time for me and was an honest display of a company who operates with a good work ethic.
Description of Work: I needed an outdoor main circuit breaker replaced, and James and his brother, Ray, got to me about a half hour after calling! James went the extra mile making sure that EVERYTHING was inspected and in proper working order before completing the job. He took apart my indoor electric panel, found dirty contacts and loose wires, and explained safety precautions all along the way. He cleaned and tightened things I didn't know needed maintenance! Outside, he also replaced a ground connection screw that wasn't solidly connected. Important stuff! He replaced the breaker with a spare that I had, so the whole job only cost me $50. There's some good service for ya!
