+ -1 moreWARNING! My next door neighbor was having their yard landscaped by Appalachian Creek Nursery. I attempted to hire the owner, Jeff Seitz, to continue one of my neighbor's projects into my yard. He was extremely rude, obnoxious and discourteous. He blew me off entirely and when I asked why he was acting this way he told me to just "F*@k off"! Obviously, I was shocked and confused. I have never had anyone speak to me like that before especially when I was attempting to hire someone for a job. Mr Seitz had the opportunity to apologize many times and did not do so. In conclusion, I assume that if he treats and talks to people he doesn't' know this way I would hate to see how he conducts business! Be careful who you decide to hire to do your landscape work!

+ -1 moreThe installation went well. We noticed a few shrubs were not doing well. One of his men came by and said that they would be fine. However, that did not happen. The plants actually did worse. When we asked the owner to come by and check on the plants he would not come by. He tried to ignore us by not returning calls. The plants were warranted for a year. Very disappointed with the owner's attitude and warranty service.
Description of Work: landscaping: planted trees and scrubs, added mulch.

+ 0 moreIt was wonderful. I was shocked that they could basically transform my yard so quickly with so little time. It was amazing in the end and I love it every day that I look at it.
Description of Work: I used Appalachian Creek Nursery to help me select some plants. I've used them extensively in the past to relandscape my whole yard.
