AAA Sweet Water Well Drilling

We live in an area loaded with rock. What was described as a 4 hour job turned into 2 weeks but it was due to weather and a couple other things beyond anybody's control. The men were polite and professional, hard working, and did not waste any time. Clean up is still ongoing, but again, it is beyond anyone's control and we are very satisfied with the work. In the end, we are confident that everything will be as promised and we would definitely recommend this company to others. We would have liked for communication to be a little better, however, I feel some of this may have been due to circumstances at the time. Overall a great job, reasonable price, and professional work. I would hire them again.

Glenn responded promptly to calls and was very willing to have a absolute amateur look over his shoulder and ask questions. His initial visit intentionally went for minimal cost and intervention, since at that point we did not know that the 12 year old pressure tank was needing replacement. Once that problem was properly diagnosed, he installed the new pressure tank and redid the PVC piping for the well part of the system to make the whole system more user friendly and more easily accessible for repairs if/as needed in the future. Glenn was also very informative about the installation of a back up hand pumping system for the well, even though we've put off that installation for a few months.

Sweetwater installed a new line from my well to the house about 1 1/2 years ago. They also installed a water filtration system for me last year. I wasn't a member of Angie's List then, but am now. They came to my house last week to do annual maintenance (a system flush). From the first part of this process through the last, I have been very happy with the quality of work. Glenn has a lot of experience, makes good recommendations, and will work until the job is done. He makes sure you're happy with the service and really did a great job overall. I've recommended him to anyone I can, since it's so hard to find someone that can get there quickly and do such a good job. I think their rates are very reasonable and I'll use this company as long as I have a well.

My well pump and tank were hit by lightening on January 13, 2012 by a raging storm. January 16th the lines emptied and when I realized that I had no water, I called the company that had drilled my well. They said it would be the next day before they could come out. I told them I needed water then and was going to call someone else. I called AAA Sweetwater and spoke with Danielle , who said the serviceman would call me back. This was at 4:30 in the afternoon, In less than 30 minutes he called and immediately came after being advised of the problem. Glenn Rhodes and his brother Bobby were the persons who came and stayed through the pouring rain and darkness until the job was complete. I am a widow and have never been treated with more respect and kindness by anyone who has done work for me. Everything they did was explained in detail and performed with utmost courtesy . I told them I was pleased beyond words and would recommend them to everyone I knew, which I fully intend to do. These men performed a superior job.

The workers at AAA were very responsive. They were very punctual and fast. They took care of the problem and I haven't had a problem since. They did a great job. I am extremely happy with what they did for me.
