The home was three months late being finished. When it came time I was going to hold some money back to have him finish the home because he left out three skylights and it looked like there was paint on the floors and they had finished over it. There was no toe strips put around the baseboard. He said that would cost extra money. Also, the basement walls were leaking. I had to fix all of these things myself because they never came back to do anything. When I called the bank to hold money back on the last draw I discovered that it had already been taken a month before the house finished. Beware of signing a contract with this company. Make sure you read it word for word. When I asked them when they could put the skylights in they said anytime. This was five years ago and they still have done nothing. Anything I have asked them to do they have told me I could do it. They never came back to do anything and he stated that I owed them money even though they left things out and also had already taken the last draw.
