+ -1 moreHe came out to take measurements and put 69.5" by 36" but never recorded the depth. When I questioned why they did not provide that measurement they were very rude to me and told me that they did not have time to come back out for the measurement. I want to make sure the new refrigerator does not stick out too far into the kitchen so I want to ensure I get an accurate measurement. When I called them, they initially said they couldn't come out until next Wednesday which was fine with me. They then changed their mind and said they are very busy/ don't have time for me and told me not to call back. I had great respect for the old ownership but things seem to be different now.
Description of Work: I have been dealing with them for 15 years (when I first built my house). I called them this time around to take measurements for a new refrigerator.

+ -1 moreThey delivered the washer and other appliances with extreme care as to the flooring and carpets. The removed the old ones.
Description of Work: had to buy new washer, ugh. Delivered the next day with care. Have dealt with them for a long time for dishwashers, stove, etc. Great folks to deal with. Also they have filters for the icemaker in stock, so we can buy locally rather than through a chain store.
