Work completed with no issues.

Mark committed to get back to me by the end of the week to let me know when he could come out and give me an estimate. It has been two weeks and I have not heard from him. This is quite surprising given the other reviews on Angies List. My experience has been bad but I would give him the benefit of the doubt and call on him for estimates/work in the future. I don't know of any company that doesn't occasionally let something slip through the cracks.

We called Mark based on Angies List reviews as soon as we realized we had no water (about 9:30 at night) Mark called about 30 minutes later and even offered to come out that night. No water is no water, so I asked him to come out the next morning. He promised 10:00 am but called at 8 and asked if he could come immediately. Rather than take my word for it he confirmed the problem (I'd much rather work with someone who politely fixes the real problem, not what I think it is - after all, I'm no plumber.) He pulled my old pump and replaced everything in the space of the morning. Courteous, pleasant, diligent, and helpful. Nothing but a good experience.

"Paul, the plumber" made an appointment the day before, came at the announced time, looked at the problems, and fixed them both within one hour. He was very professional and proficient, and did a solid repair job. The bill was quite reasonable. I definitely recommend Friddle Mark Plumbing to anyone looking for a good plumber.

They are a good company. They were referred by another company who could not get to the job quickly which was needed sincewe had no hot water. They told us the price which seemed high but at least they were up front with it. The job took two people a day and a half to complete. Our hot water is currently better than it has ever been in the 26 years we've owned this house. They seemed to care about the quality of their work and our being satisfied.

They were very nice, knowledgeable, and respectful. They came highly recommended from others. I'm in an older house and I had an inaccessible drain due to duct work and they came in and fixed the situation. The tub, prior to their service, didn't drain well and now it works great.

They were very responsive to my call. Mark gave me a call first thing that morning and scheduled me for that same morning. Advised me of who was coming out and when. Paul was prompt and courtesy. Explained the problem & solution and got right to work. Was very pleased with their responsiveness and explanation of work. Will definitely call them again with any other plumbing issues.

He did alot of different projects for me but he didn't solve the problems I called him for.

I chose not to go with him but it wasn’t because of a reason having to do with this contractor. I would consider him for future jobs.

He has been our plumber for years and he is really excellent. He is punctual, professional and effective. One thing that impressed us was that he asked if there was anything else that we wanted or that he could do while he was here. He was simply taking care of his customers while he had the best opportunity to do so instead of thinking about his next customer.

Leaking shower head, family mbr tried to repair was unable to. Called plumber and received same day service and they noticed draining slowly so fixed that as well. Time based on what needed done was complete in 30 min-to an hour.

Overall Mark knows exactly what he's doing. You will not be disappointed.

FRIDDLE MARK PLUMBING was honest. That is why we chose him. He was reasonable and did excellent work. We highly recommend him. We never had to call him back or anything.

Appointment made the previous Friday. Owner called Monday morning to confirm correct employee had been dispatched and suggested another employee may need to come as well, depending on how bad the clog was. He related that he would not charge me for the extra employee, if needed. It was not. Paul came on time and immediately assessed what was needed and went right to work. He used a saw to cut part of an old drain line that was installed with two right angles (making it difficult to snake), and installed a smoother PVC pipe with more rounded angles (so that a snake could be more easily used in future) and a new trap (the old had rusted out). He tested the drain and determined it was draining properly, but noted that a piece he called a "pop-up" (I think) was worn and as a result, had a very small leak. However, he did not have the matching color of the piece that needed replacement, and offered me the option of changing it with a different colored piece or using a sealant around the base, after the area had thoroughly dried. He was just as thorough with the second stopped up sink and replaced the trap there as well. The shower faucet was next, and only needed a new cylinder. Finally, the valve that was no longer working, he replaced with a more efficient and longer lasting ball valve. He was friendly and professional and answered all my questions.

We had a clog in our sewer line which was backed up into the house. They came right out (two of them) and snaked it and did not leave until they found the clog. It was a build up from detergent and was over 50 feet into the line. They even recommended the type of detergent to use to prevent future issues. They always respond quickly, professionally and are very fair with their rates. We have used them on two separate occasions and will continue to do so.

Work was well done and we would use him again.

It was pretty good. They did not offer a senior discount even though they advertised that they did. They do not accept credit cards which is what they advertised as well.

No problems. Work was performed on time and things seem fine now.

We received service the same day I called, which was great. Owner was very friendly on the phone, and the person who came and did the work was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He checked all the parts and recommended we replace some that were worn out. I asked for him to take a look at another toilet that had been a bit unreliable, and he spent a fair amount of time diagnosing that issue as well, and did some much needed upgrades. He explained everything he was doing and left a very detailed bill. The only estimate given in advance was the hourly rate because, he did more work than initially requested, the cost included parts as well and 2 hours instead of 1 but, all that was agreed upon as it became clear that we needed additional service!

The plumber (I think it was Mark himself) called me back promptly, arranged an appointment, and arrived when he said he would. The problem turned out to be tricky; he helped me work through the potential issues and decide on a solution without pressuring me toward the most expensive one (although we ended up picking a full replacement). The work was done carefully, and he cleaned up the area well (except for one minor smudge on the carpet). The total time was 1:00 to about 6:30, but he was gone for about 1-1.5 hours buying the pump, so total labor was probably 4 hours. The pump listed at $350, so his rate was probably about $80 an hour. The bill didn't split this out, but I thought it was reasonable for the job.

I was very pleased. He advised me on my options for the outside leak and recommended the least expensive and quickest option. He was very fast and clean. Very pleasant to be around. He'll be my first call next time.

The contractor called me back, rather quickly. He showed, when he said he would. After assessing the problem, he gathered the needed equipment and went right to work. He showed me the new faucet to verify, that it was working properly.

MARK DOES A NICE JOB. THE WATER LINE THAT WENT TO THE TOILET WAS SHOT, SO HE REPLACED THAT TOO. HE IS A VERY HONEST MAN, AND I WOULD TRUST WHATEVER HE TOLD ME NEEDED TO BE DONE.

Friddle was a very excellent company. They were on time and charged a fair price. The hot water heater works fine, and I haven't had any problems. Hopefully, nothing will change.
