Description of Work: Don came himself. Evaluated situation causing bathroom that our system failed to heat adequately. Found our furnace under-rated for size of house but rather than replace the whole system which would be costly, he recommended an electric baseboard heater with a separate thermostat. Now we're ready for winter with a toasty warm master bath!

Since we have been here they had to install a new unit upstairs in a very tight area, and that all went well. Because we have the service contract, there is also a 15% discount that goes with that for repair parts. They also do have emergency hours.
Description of Work: We pay this as an annual fee for a maintenance contract.
