+ -1 moreOverall, I was very pleased with the job that Carolina Steam did, and would have them back without reservation
Description of Work: Cleaned ~800 sq. ft of deep pile light-colored carpet. Also addressed coffee stains and clearned up all but the worst of them. However, even thought the worst coffee stain spots were not eliminated, the cleaning did make them much less visible.

+ -1 moreI have used them twice. I got a coupon for $65.00 for two rooms. I liked them well enough to use them a second time. They did what they were supposed to do and that is unusual. They brought all their own stuff, put the furniture up on blocks and did a good job. I think they were here on time. I would use them again; I need to, in fact!
