Description of Work: This company said they would call me back but never did, so I did not use them.

Description of Work: I called John and asked him to come out and repair this roof, the tenant had called me to tell me that it had leaked onto his computer the night before. When I went out to look at the roof, it was a total mess. I knew right away that we needed a new roof and how! But I asked John if he would do a patch job on just the places that it was leaking and then give me a quote for a new roof and we'd try to save money and get the new roof next spring. He was out that afternoon after his job was over, exhausted and ready to be home they came out and talked to me about MY roof! He then came out the very next day and got my roof patched and did a very good job then only asked for $75 dollars! I was blown away. We have used him before on my mom's house and he and his crew did a superb job! They replaced some facia board and I know should have charged my mom LOTS of money for but even the plywood that had to be replaced, he only charged her for the materials, not for the labor. John is just new in the business but is savy to the kind ways of business and knows when he can be kind and when he must be business! I really respect John and his crew and I highly recommend him for his work ethic and his skill! He goes above and beyond to make sure every little thing is taken care of!
