I can’t say enough about how pleased we are with Tileworks. Quality work by a knowledgeable professional. We will definitely use them again for future projects.

Working with Andriy was wonderful. His attention to detail is superb. He kept me updated all the time and always had options when there were design decisions to make. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for, but in this case I feel we got much more. It was not a cheap job, but other estimates were in the same range but offered lower grade components. People who see the bathroom exclaim that it is like walking into a spa. I am looking to more projects where I can work with Andriy again.

He understands tile work. He comes in and he does it, shows up, that's important for me. He left the area pretty well. It could always be cleaner. I can call him if anything I think needs to be looked at and he is responsive to it.

Did the job as quoted and in the time as quoted. Job was done well and the work area was nicely cleaned up.

We waited for six weeks for Andriy and his father to start the job, which he rescheduled. He quote one week to complete the job. The job took two weeks and two days of punch out. On the last day of punch out Andriy sent a novice technician to do final items. The installer used the wrong color grout to do the repairs. . I contacted Andriy multiple times and he did not respond until I threatened to leave negative feedback on A'list. This has been the pattern for most of the final items to be completed. The overall work performed was ok. When selecting Andriy/Tile Works it was based upon the information provided to me both by Andriy and the support/feedback provided by A'list. However the experiences of the previous clients was not our experience. The job took over twice the amount of time quoted. This is important because our family is essentially unable to use the kitchen so extending the job by 8-9 days was a big problem. In addition to the lengthy delay, the actual work was not up to our expectations nor the promises made by Andriy. There are hundreds of tiles that have uneven grout lines or are uneven in terms of the depth of the tile. Many of these are in fact un-noticable, but many are quite obvious and make the entire job, especially the back splash look unprofessional. I would not use Tile Works again because I do not have any confidence in Andriy's quality standards nor his professionalism.

This was the second time I hired Tile Works to do a renovation because I was so impressed and pleased with the bathroom renovations completed previously. I can't say enough good things about his professional attitude, work ethic and follow through. He makes sure the workplace is clean and clear before and after. His price was comparable to the price given by those who resurfaced by cabinets, but he always goes above and beyond. In this case, Andriy not only perfectly installed the back splash with his signature attention to detail, but he also was kind enough to purchase some little gizmo for the outside faucet that gave way due to age. As a single homeowner, I so much appreciated that he took the time to fix that totally unrelated problem that he noticed. On top of that it wasn't even going to charge me but I insisted. He is the epitome of a person who works hard and conscientiously. In short, he wants your home to look as beautiful as his own. Recently, my son purchased a refrigerator for me, but when it was delivered it did not fit. One side on the top was about 1/8" of an inch off. My first thought was to call Andriy because I knew he would somehow know what to do. He did. When I told him of the problem, he knew immediately how it could be fixed. That is, apparently, there is a small piece of wood that can be taken out of the bottom of the cabinet and shaved to fit. When I called the cabinet people to see if there was such a piece they confirmed it. So he not only knows tiles, but a whole lot of other stuff as well! He's just that good. What can I say. We set a time and he came and first tried to see if the refrigerator could be lowered and when that didn't work, he removed the piece of wood and shaved it. He put everything back which obviously included putting my refrigerator fully in its proper place all nice and clean, too. Mission accomplished! I expected to pay $150.00 but he only charged $50.00. Wow.

Arrived on-time and took measurements but it's now 3 weeks later and I have yet to see an estimate. I've been emailing, texting, and calling to get a quote. I was able to get a response once and was told it would be coming that night and it never arrived. Very unprofessional and frustrating.

The process was smooth from start to finish and the outcome was outstanding. All involved were very competent and professional. Andre and his associate were wonderful and we are very pleased with the results.

I've had significant tile work done in several houses. Over the years I've seen good jobs, pretty good jobs and one really awful job . There is very little room for error and bad tile work can lead to significant water issues--which was the precipitating factor for this job. Whomever i chose for this job would have to work around the current floor plan and the ho-hum cabinets within my budget constraints. After speaking with several contractors, I decided to go with Tile Works. And I am so glad I did. Simply put, Tile Works did the best tile job I've ever had done in a house. Andriy's vision, artistry, attention to details, tiling know-how and good listening skills were an unbeatable combination that resulted in an absolutely beautiful master bathroom. I highly recommend Tile Works and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Everything was delivered spot on. Andriy and Alex were very respectful of our home and did all the work with no leftover footprint of the work. It could have easily been a mess, but at the end of the job, it was totally transparent. Last but not least, the price was even better than we expected. He even adjusted the quote for the minimal changes made that were in our favor. Andriy is a very honest and talented person who I would, and will use again.

Andriy was professional and knowledgably. We initially wanted jets but he informed us we did not have enough water pressure which we appreciated. The job was done professionally. We are more than pleased, We actually going to have them do our other shower.

It went extremely well. He takes much pride in his work and does everything to perfection. He knows his craft. He is professional, personable, punctual and not a speck of a dust or debris. Absolutely no pressure during the estimate or while I was deciding whether or not I wanted to tile the laundry area. Very glad I did! I have already called him for an estimate to install backsplash in my kitchen. Highly recommended!

Everything was simple, done on time, and to my satisfaction. He gave me an estimate and it was good quality.

Very Well. The owner, Andriy came out promptly and gave a detailed estimate of the repair requested. He performed the work himself. His estimate was the most competitive of all the contractors who bid on the job, his workmanship was better than what others proposed. The bathroom is beautiful, Andriy did an excellent job and I hope to use him again in the near future.

They did a lot of work for us. They cannot be more professional. They were absolutely on time when they said they were going to be there. They did not make the mess. They covered the floors and they cleaned up thoroughly every day. It was a perfect experience. I didn't have any complaint. It couldn't have been better.
