Tim was awesome, answering my plethora of questions throughout the process. They did a great job with installation, and met with the inspector when I had to be at work. The job even came in UNDER estimate- how amazing that he didn't still charge me that amount! Great company all around.

Tim and his techs are extremely professional and trustworthy. When they first came out to take a look, they explained the burners were rusted. Replacing burners was not an option because of the age of the unit, other parts would likely need replacement as well. He quoted me two prices based on efficiency level and gave me a fair price. He did not try to upsell. He is very honest and hard working. They were on time every time and the repair took place with not issues and passed inspection.

The job was excellent. On time. Neatly installed. Neatly cleaned up. Very efficient. Tim, Aaron, and Todd were great to work with. Will use them again with confidence.

I heard of Tim via word of mouth from a friend who had a unit installed. He was professional, knowledgeable and timely. He found that the old unit installed last year by home warranty service (AHS) was not under warranty and installation was done with mismatched parts. He also noted that the unit was using the old outdated freon. He provided a quote but then reduced the price when he found he did not need to pour a new concrete pad. Responded to all my questions and emails within a few hours. Would highly recommend. If the downstairs unit fails, I'll call him to do the work.

The group did a great job not interfereing with out daily activities. They came in the mornings and worked as quietly as expected. I would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Tim DeStasio and his helpers did a wonderful job. They were very professional. They also are clean-cut, dress well for the work they do, and do not smoke. The working area was kept clean. It was also a rainy day. They explained the process and offered explanations even as they went. We are very pleased with the unit (gas-pack). We highly recommend Southern Comfort Consulting to all.

They found that the unit was bad. They contacted the manufacturer and they are sending a new one. Southern Comfort Consulting is going to be coming back out to install the new unit.
